Torch grew up as a rink rat but got away from skating in high school. She watched her sister play derby for years before being a stay at home mom drove her to get out of the house and try it. Who knew that hitting people could be so fun? Torch has spent most of her time with TFR on the injured list, last year with a nine month injury named Grey. She’s enjoyed supporting and helping out from the sidelines but is excited to spend some of 2016 getting to actually skate with her team again.
