As a third generation roller skater Gypsy has grown up in skating rinks and participated in all skating sports including Speed, Figure, Hockey and now Derby. She is a 2 time X Game Champion, World Champion Inline Speed Skater and was the coach for Team USA Inline Speed skating for 4 years sharing her love of skating.  Gypsy got her start in Derby back in 2003 when she taught the original Derby ladies in Austin skating skills. In 2011 she came full circle back to derby by joining the Gotham Girls in NYC. After a knee injury before the first game she was unable to actually ever play a derby game and joined the GGRD coaching staff. Moving to Texas in 2013 she was able to find her true derby home with TFR and the rest as they say is history!
